About Dr. Dharen Kumar Pandey
Dr. Dharen Kumar Pandey is an Assistant Professor in the P. G. Department of Commerce, Magadh University, Bodh Gaya, Bihar, and a Post-Doctoral Researcher at the Faculty of Business, Economics and Social Development (FBESD), University Malaysia Terengganu, Malaysia. He has 12+ years of industry and teaching experience. He has been previously working as an Inspector of GST, CBIC, Government of India. He has also worked for the Income Tax Department, CBDT, Government of India. He completed his Ph. D. from the Faculty of Commerce, Banaras Hindu University on the topic entitled “Commodity Market in India: A Case Study of the NCDEX”. He had been awarded B.H.U. Gold Medal for standing first in the M. Com. Examinations, 2008. He has authored 3 books and more than 50 research and review papers in reputed and refereed journals and edited books. He has participated and presented papers in more than 40 national and international seminars and conferences. He also holds the post of Honorary Secretary of the Indian Accounting Association, Patna Branch and President, Association for Academic Research and Innovation. He is the Chief Editor of the International Journal of Accounting, Business and Finance and the Associate Editor in the BIMTECH Business Perspectives, Business Perspectives and Research and Asia Pacific Management Review. His three research papers have been awarded in the International Research Awards hosted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
